T-10 Support
Questions, bug reports, account problems — we read every message.
Contact us
Email us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can, usually within a few business days. Include your username and, if you're reporting a bug, what device you're on.

Reset your password
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before writing in.
Trouble signing in
Accounts are locked for a short period after several failed sign-in attempts. Wait a few minutes and try again. If you still can't get in, email us from the address on your account.
Manage or cancel T-10 Premium
Premium is billed through your Apple ID. To change or cancel it, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals and your perks stay active until the paid period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Report content or a user
Use the report option on any post, comment, story, or profile in the app. Reports go straight to our moderation queue. If something is urgent or involves someone's safety, email us directly and put "urgent" in the subject line.
Blocking someone
Open the profile you want to block, tap the menu in the top corner, and choose Block. Blocked users can't message you or see your content, and you can unblock anyone later from your settings.
Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app under Settings. If you no longer have the app installed, request deletion at t-10.app/account/delete/ — requests are processed within 30 days.
Pep Coins and purchases
Pep Coins are an in-app currency earned through play and activity. They have no cash value, can't be bought with real money, and can't be exchanged for money or transferred off your account. If coins are missing after a game or purchase, email us with your username and roughly when it happened.

T-10 is not for anyone under 13. If you believe an underage person is using the app, email us and we'll act on it.
