Child Safety Standards
T-10 has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to every part of the service — the feed, stories, chats, comments, profiles, and any content uploaded or shared through the app.
1. Prohibited content and behavior
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate removal and account termination:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, real or generated, including drawings and AI-generated imagery
- Sexualization of minors in any form, including text, imagery, or suggestive content
- Grooming: contacting, befriending, or building trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation
- Sextortion, or the trafficking or solicitation of minors
- Sharing links to, or directing users toward, any of the above anywhere else
2. Age requirement
T-10 is not directed at children and requires users to be at least 13 years old. Accounts found to belong to children under 13 are removed.
3. Reporting
Anyone can report concerning content or behavior:
- In the app: every post can be reported directly, and any user can be blocked
- By email: spiritslake@gmail.com — reports of child safety issues are prioritized above all other requests
4. Enforcement
When we become aware of CSAE content or conduct, we:
- Remove the content immediately
- Permanently terminate the accounts involved
- Preserve evidence and report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant law-enforcement authorities, as required by law
- Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement
5. Legal compliance
T-10 complies with applicable child safety laws, including mandatory CSAM reporting obligations, and with the child safety requirements of the app stores it is distributed on.
