1. What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use T-10 (the app and this website), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information You Provide
When you create an account we collect your username, email address, password, and date of birth. If you verify your phone number, we collect that too. Your date of birth is used to confirm you meet our minimum age and is not shown on your profile or to other users. Your profile details — display name, avatar, bio, and cosmetic choices — are provided by you and visible to other users.
3. Content You Create
Posts, comments, stories, chat messages, photos, reactions, and anything else you share through the service are stored on our servers so we can deliver them to you and the people you share them with. Content may also be reviewed for moderation as described in our Terms of Service.
4. Location Information
With your permission, we use your device location while the app is in use to suggest nearby places you can tag in posts and to let you collect items hidden at real-world spots. We do not access your location in the background, and you can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
5. Camera and Photos
With your permission, the app can access your camera and photo library so you can attach photos to posts, stories, and messages. We only access the photos you choose to share.
6. Purchases and Virtual Currency
Subscription payments are processed by Apple; we never see or store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple so we can unlock your perks. We also keep a record of your in-app coin balance and coin transactions.
7. Usage and Diagnostics
We collect crash reports and performance diagnostics (via Sentry) to find and fix bugs, and basic usage information — such as which features are used and how content performs — to operate and improve the service. Diagnostic data may include your device model, OS version, and app version.
8. Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, we store a push token for your device so we can deliver them. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings or inside the app.
9. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to provide and personalize the service, deliver your content to others, keep the platform safe through moderation, process subscriptions and rewards, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and performance.
10. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the service (such as hosting, push-notification delivery, and crash reporting), when required by law, or to protect the safety of our users and the platform.
11. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Some records, such as moderation and safety logs, may be retained for a limited period after deletion where required to enforce our Terms or comply with law.
12. Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and content from the service, subject to the limited retention described above.
13. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We ask for your date of birth when you create an account and do not allow registration by anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 is using the service, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
14. Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and secure credential storage — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
